Donna Murch, an associate professor at Rutgers University, joins hosts Rania Khalek and Kevin Gosztola to talk about her report for Boston Review, "Paying for Punishment." Murch also addresses the rise of the electronic monitoring industry as a form of "offender-funded justice." |
